TERMS & CONDITIONS

When placing an order, the customer is asked to make sure they have read and accept the terms and conditions on this website.

Samples will be sent within 5 working days of the customer information details, as set out in the ‘Customer Information details page’, being provided. The samples will be sent by ‘signed for post’ or ‘electronically’ if requested.  Samples can be produced at shorter notice by agreement with Amanda Stroud Creations.

It is the customers responsibility to check and agree the sample(s), this includes spelling of names, venues, addresses etc. Any amendments required must be clearly notified as Amanda Stroud Creations cannot be held liable for errors that are noticed after proofs have been approved by the customer or that were not notified.

Once the customer has agreed the sample(s), orders made via the website will be completed and delivered within 14 days of the customer information details being received. Orders placed by phone or email will be invoiced to include p&p costs and details of how to make payment. A minimum payment of 50% deposit and a fully completed Customer Information Sheet is required for the order to be produced, any balance is payable 14 days prior to delivery. This will be confirmed by Amanda Stroud Creations either by ‘signed for post’ or ‘electronically’ at the time of invoicing. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to check the contact information sheet details to confirm no amendments are necessary and make a deposit payment of 50% and the balance no less than 14 days prior to the agreed delivery date. This is to allow production and delivery of the order on time. Delivery will be by the method agreed in the ‘Customer Information Details’ unless an alternative arrangement is agreed in writing.

Payment is accepted via Shopify through this website, PayPal or bank transfer.

All orders are carefully prepared and packaged, Amanda Stroud Creations accepts no liability for damage occurring once the order has been sent and any damage or defect must be notified within 48 hours of delivery after which the order will be deemed to have been accepted by the customer.

All items of stationary are individually handmade and therefore slight variations may occur. Please note that some items contain embellishments which could be dangerous to small children.
